Product Description

Vertical Lift Cable Drums for garage doors as tall as 18 feet, 11 inches high. Vertical Lift cable drums are specially graduated and designed to wind up cables so a garage door lifts upwards on vertical tracks. Vertical Lift drums are required for a torsion assembly door with vertical tracks to properly open and close. These are 500-pound rated lifting weight per drum and fit cables with a maximum diameter of 3/16 inch. They come in sets of two, each order coming with one left hand and one right hand drum specially marked for straightforward installation. Compatible with 1-inch solid torsion shafts.
