Slim-Line Straight Brush Seal Kit

Slim-Line Straight Brush Seal Kits include everything to weatherproof the sides and top of rolling steel or roll up mini warehouse garage doors. Slim-Line retainers are 7/8ths inch tall with a #2.5 channel; each comes pre-installed with our flex brush weather seal and pre-punched with holes so no additional assembly or drilling is required. Straight retainers hold brush seal flush to the exterior of the door to cover any gaps where the door meets the jambs and header. Straight Slim-Line kits are ideal for use on mini warehouse rolling steel or corrugated roll up doors. The flex brush’s bristles are made from polypropylene that won’t hold water or freeze in sub-zero temperatures. Simplified installation of garage door weatherstripping: Retainers come pre-cut to fit the size of your door, are pre-punched with holes, and each kit comes with self-tapping fasteners. Each section of retainer comes with some additional inches of material to ensure all of the door is covered, so some cutting may be required.

Brush Seal Kits are available in Full-Length and Cut Down options to suit the needs of any garage door. Full-Length kits come in 3 pre-cut sections to fit the exact size of the header and door jambs of the most common garage door sizes. Cut Down kits come pre-cut in smaller 4 ft. and 5 ft. sections that reduces shipping costs and makes installation easier for DIY jobs.
