Seal gaps on dock levelers with extra visibility with the 1-inch Zebra Brush Loading Dock Leveler Seal Kit from Action Industries. The zebra brush has all the air infiltration, draft, and weather protection as our standard brush weather seals, and is specially designed with an alternating yellow and black zebra pattern. The specialized pattern enhances the visibility of the dock leveler to increase safety and security on any loading dock leveler application. The zebra brush seal is 1-inches thick and is recommended for dock levelers with gaps less than 1-inch wide. Each kit comes with 1-inch zebra brush seals, our 1-inch standard 90-degree aluminum retainers, and two pieces of galvanized channel. The galvanized channel is designed for a straightforward, heavy-duty weld-on installation that holds retainers and weather seals firmly in place. Once installed, the 1-inch zebra brush seal covers the gaps on a dock leveler to eliminate drafts, dirt, and pests from getting in, while keeping debris from falling into the pit (excellent for the food industry). Zebra Brush’s flexible bristles are made from durable filaments that won’t freeze in sub-zero temperatures or hold water.
