3M^® VHB TAPE

Strong VHB tape provides the simplicity of a tape fastener with the incredible strength of bolts, screws and other fasteners. Multi-purpose adhesive on both sides of conformable foam. Conformable tape provides excellent bonding to relatively irregular surfaces and mixed substrates. Excellent adhesion to metal, glass and a wide variety of plastics. Can be applied at 32º F and is temperature-resistant up to 300º F
 

VERY HIGH BOND FOAM TAPE

Action Industries now offers an alternative “very high bond” foam tape that can be used in place of mechanical fasteners. This cost-saving tape is in many cases 70-90% as effective as 3M^® VHB at approximately half the cost. This tape is currently used on many body-side moldings in the auto industry. We recommend initial testing to determine suitability for each application.
